We are in Halki (Chalki or officially Chalkion) a village 15-16 km away from Naxos Town, at an altitude of 270-280 meters, on the plateau of Tragaia in central Naxos, an island in the Cyclades island group in Greece.
The film opens with the Barozzi-Gratsia tower. The tower was built in the early 17th century and belonged to the Venetian family named Barozzi. Afterwards, we see shots of a landscape with blooming flowers and trees, a general shot of the plain with the Chora (town) of Naxos and the sea in the background.
The film closes with view of a chapel, probably, of Panagia (Virgin Mary) Protothronos which is dedicated to the Annunciation of the Virgin.
