Description
We are in Keratea, Attica, in the settlement of Kakia Thalassa and specifically in the Monastery of Pefkovouniotissa.
The film opens with a group of people who stand next to a parked white car and behind it we can see the Monastery. The camera shows us the church and the green landscape and afterwards with a panoramic shot we see the whole Beach of Kakia Thalassa as well as the surrounding area. A second white car comes closer and the passengers are getting ready to visit the Monastery.
The view changes and we see a couple walking. The filmmaker gives us an overview of the area from a distance and we can see the church of Saint Panteleimon in the background while following the path of the white car until it reaches its destination. The passengers come out and visit the Monastery.
The film closes with the Monastery’s courtyard and the people who are there as well as the church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary.
