Description
The film opens with views of Valletta, the capital of Malta, known as Il-Belt (The City) in Maltese. We see a general shot of the port. The lens with a close-up shot shows us the lower Barakka Gardens as well as a ship in the background. The shots with the ship continue and we can distinguish its name "MYRNA" and two tugboats directing it to the port.
The view changes to shots of the shipyard and the "MYRNA" ship having arrived there. The filmmaker shows us a man on the ship and then gives us views from the deck.
The filming continues with the traffic in the port as we also see views of the city. We get back to the shipyard and we see men examining the ship, some talking and others doing various tasks.
The film closes with a plane, its take-off and aerial shots of the area, while we can see the company Alitalia on the wing of the plane.
