Description
We are in Valletta, the capital of Malta, known as Il-Belt (The City) in Maltese.
The film opens with a general shot of the port. The lens with a close-up shot shows us the lower Barakka gardens as well as a ship in the background. The shots with the ship continue while we can distinguish the name of MYRNA and two tugboats directing it to the port. Then, we see views of the harbor.
The view changes to shots of the carnage and the MYRNA ship having arrived there. The filmmaker shows us a man on the ship and then gives us views from the deck while continuing with shots of the ship.
The recording continues with the traffic in the port as we also see the building structure of the city. We get back to the carnage and we see men examining the ship, some talking and others doing various tasks.
The film closes with a plane, its take-off and aerial shots of the area while we can see the company Alitalia on the wing of the plane.
